Service Front Desk could be nicer and more helpful. Seemed like we were a nuisance to them when we asked any questions. Also, they initially gave me a dirty and occupied room. You can guess my reaction when my wife and I opened the room door with the key card supplied by the front desk, just see an unmade bed with someone else's luggage and stuff all over the bed. Reaction from the front desk, it's the only one available. We waited 2 hours more to get a clean and unoccupied room to stay in. Your need to work on this kind of stuff!

The first day we got there where there was heavy construction renovation ongoing around the seventh floor. The hotel did get quiet at 4:30 and beyond on a Friday. In no way was I ever told before making reservation there was renovation and construction ongoing.

Nice hotel, very friendly and helpful staff, especially Mr. Marek. He went above and beyond helping us with anything we needed. Beach access. - great, pool could be bigger and the restaurant is a ghost town. Drinks are not that good and overpriced, and everyone complains about the food. They should hire the chefs from the next door tiki bar and restaurant. We went for food there. Other than this everything else was great. The rooms were outdated for sure, bathroom was nice and looked recently renovated, all in granite. The bathroom was nicer than the room. Thw room had some view of the ocean, balconies decent size. One thing we noticed is the cleaning staff not quite getting the job done.

Trying not to be too critical, but this room is falling apart. Door handles falling off so you can’t close them, telephone pulled out of wall, green water. Then there was the added benefit of construction going on in the room above us for 2 days straight. We had stuff falling from the ceiling and couldn’t talk because of the jack hammers going all day. All day! I could have used ear protection it was so loud. This is a joke, they wouldn’t move our room and couldn’t care less. Staff was annoyed with everyone including the valet. Not sure what’s going on here but this is not an inviting place. Would never come back.

Besides the construction in the hotel , the stay was excellent. Walking up to drilling and jackhammering every morning wasn’t the most pleasant but the upgrades are beautiful. A book inside the room of places around and info on the circuit transportation would have been helpful . Will definitely stay again . Couldn’t beat the pool views and being right on the beach . Staff was friendly and attentive

The ice machine in our floor was broken the entire stay, which was inconvenient since it was across the hall from our room. I had to ask the front desk to advise maintenance 3 times to clean up trash by the steps coming off the beach by the shower. Seeing trash wrappers straws etc for 4 days in a row was very frustrating! The pool was a little grimy as well, never really saw anyone other than a particular guest skimming it daily. Other than that, we loved the location of the resort Amd the surrounding area. The staff was super friendly! We met great people while there too! We will definitely come back to Ocean Sky resort!

The oceanview room was amazing. I love the fact that it was right at the beach, so that we could enjoy it everyday we were there. The staff was very polite and courteous especially the manager Caroline she was so helpful and delightful to answer any and every question or concern we may have had.

The front desk staff overall were nice except for a few girls who didn’t seem very helpful. Not sure if they truly wanted to help me when I had to questions or I was just a nuisance for them. John the concierge was quite shy and timid, didn’t make eye contact or ever say hello to me. The best service was from both security guards at the hotel. They were top notch!

Constant construction noise or landscaping waking us up at 7am every morning. Construction was on the building next door and was constant until 6pm. Staff was very accommodating though, they changed our room after the first night and it was much appreciated. They will charge you for everything - $20/night parking, $15/beach chair, $20/umbrella, etc. each day. 2 drinks at the bar was $36. They don’t allow outside food or drink outside either so you have to hide it if you bring it. Location is great but for the price ($200 /night) there’s no amenities unless you pay extra for them. They give you a 2 star hotel experience for a 4 star price.

The property next door has some sort of very large generator or air condition type equipment on the property line that runs non stop and is definitely noice pollution. I’m shocked that the town doesn’t have a noice ordinance. Truly so loud you can’t hear the ocean or even the music playing by the pool.
