“Best French hotel we have stayed in”

Fantastic hotel especially at the price we paid for the room with Expedia. Great, polite staff. Free use of the fantastic pool, jacuzzi and steam room. Very relaxing. Room and bathroom spotless and the beds were very comfortable. Well done Expedia!

“A Gem!”

The Forges Hotel is a modern building set on the edge of large grounds, which include a lake-side bar, band-stand and summer lounges, as well as facilities for a range of sports. On the other side of the hotel, but part of the same large complex, is a casino which we were not interested in. Our room was large and very well appointed. So too was the bathroom. We appreciated the tea/coffee making facilities and the toiletries. There is a heated indoor pool and a fitness room for guests to use. There is a secure carpark, again included in the room price. There is also free internet access at a business corner, as well as wifi. All-in-all, a beautiful, spacious room in a hotel which offers all the little extras that you normally only find in more expensive hotels. And in an attractive setting in a "ville fleurie".
