"The room was nice and modern. The staff was also very friendly and we loved how they allowed us to hold our bags to explore the city before check in. The only complaints were that the elevators took forever and when they did arrive, most of the time they were full. Also the ice machine was broken on our floor forcing us to wait a long while for the elevator to get ice."

"The hotel is great - as you would expect from citizen M but it’s in a mixed area - on the edge of Soho which is great and well within walking distance and good access to subway via Spring St but the side of the road the hotel is on is quite run down and it’s very close to the bridge so the noise is significant from traffic. There is however an amazing view from the rooftop bar which is great but needs more staff as service was slow "

"The construction makes this hotel so not cute. I imagine it was a great spot before this started but it’s far from inviting at the entrance and only until you get off the elevator is it truly what you see in the photos, covered by plastic. Nothing bad, and the construction was only during the week and thankfully I stayed Saturday night, BUT the notice of construction is only sent to you after booking. "

"We had booked for 5 nights and because of flight cancellation had to shortened to 4 nights. The hotels was cleaned but would had loved if there was complimentary breakfast. There was breakfast available but it was not cheap so had to skip that and use the Dunkin and Seven 11. Overall it was nice stay."
