"Stayed there for only 2 nights for the railfan winterfest. The house is very close to the tracks but still just far enough away.(separated only by a small parking lot and long grassy yard) You can see the trains just by opening the back door. Conductors Cabin is a home away from home. Extremely clean, the beds are very comfortable. the decor is up to date and very nice. Just a lovely and cozy home. And, the hosts are very, very nice and easy to work with. Definitely will try to stay there again...

"Everything about this listing is accurate. My friend & I had a great weekend here! We took the ferry over to Cumberland Island. We swam at the beach & hiked to the ruins. Being early May, the weather was perfect. Not too cool or too hot. The owner is very attentive. Our remote batteries went out around 9pm. We texted the owner & he brought us new batteries! I highly recommend staying here!"

"Wonderful stay with a few shortcomings. No instructions for operating tv. Screens were missing in the downstairs porch. We could not use the downstairs porch due to biting insects. The front steps to the house need some repair. We used the back steps because the front steps lean. We had a wonderful time and enjoyed the fire pit and dock."

"This property is so nicely decorated and had everything we needed for our stay. The host responds very quickly to any messages. There was even an xtra room work 2 needs that wasn't on the listing. Probably because the stairs are a little wonky and are under construction. We were able to utilize it anyways. The only thing i would say could have been better was there wasn't quite enough bath towels. I think there only 6 or 8 but there is a washer and dryer so we made it work. Overall very pleased...

"We booked this house for a group of us of 3 adult couples for a visit to St Marys. The house was a 10 minute drive from main town. The house outside looks a little rundown, appears to be a double wide and the bathrooms a little old. However it had everything we needed and were very comfortable staying there. Plenty of room and everything was funtionable."

Really cute fenced in patio on the side and a separate covered front porch as well (we kept our bikes there while it rained). Great location for biking around St Mary and also taking the ferry to Cumberland Island!"

"The price was right! The property is dated, but you can tell management is trying to make it as nice as possible. When we entered our room at first, I thought it smelled a little like urine, but that smell dissipated once we opened the window. (It could be a plumbing issue, IDK.) Anyway, we would stay here again in a pinch. As an aside, the bbq place down the street, Willie Jewell’s, is excellent."
