“Great value for money.”
The novotel was great for an over night stop over. The staff were really friendly and helpful. Location was great, close to the airport, with views of sugar cane fields and the "Sleeping Giant Mountain". There is an excellent (new) supermarket located 5 minutes walk from the hotel (great for stocking up before you head to the outer islands). The swimming pool is reasonably small, but never felt crowded (surrounded by trees that provided some much needed shade) The rooms are not 5 star, but you aren't paying 5 star prices! Ours was very comfortable, clean and well maintained - excellent value for the price we paid. The only slight negative was breakfast wasn't that great. (cold and not very appetising looking). We would definitely stay here again for a couple of nights. The staff were really warm, welcoming and helpful.
“best hotel for price in Nadi”
hotel staff were kind- and prompt! even got us pizza at midnight as our plane arrived late. the only reason we stayed at novotel was that the resort my sister was at (sonaisali) was booked out... and im VERY glad! we went there a few times and other than the water our hotel was better in every way (novatel staff were prompt unlike most place who consistantly said "fiji time" as an excuse to be late!) other relatives that could not get accom. on sonaisali stayed in hotels near us that were not as good and in some cases much more costly. overall i would recommend this hotel and would def stay there if i ever went back to fiji... only dilema wasnt that it was close to the main town, in that u needed to catch a cab. but the staff called us cabs that we paid about half of the cost by paying by the meter and not using the private taxi cars at the front of the hotel
“Beautiful place”
Very impressed with the place. Very friendly and helpful staff. Great with kids .Even the simplest request were met with a lot of care and concern. The room was very clean and spacious. Breakfast buffet was great as kids could what they wanted to eat and there was a lot of choice. The only thing was menu for lunch and dinner was a bit limited but food was good. There was always transport from the hotel lobby if we wanted to go somewhere and the tours were fantastic. Yes, we will definitely go back there again.
“Excellent value for money”
This hotel is a lovely 4* hotel only minutes from Nadi airport. They offer free pick-up service from the airport and all the staff are the most friendly of any hotel I have been to. The facilities at the hotel are also excellent. There are a variety of shops selling souvenirs, snacks and ice creams etc, a restaurant/bar, a lovely pool with luxurious loungers, and there are also sports such as tennis and golf available. The room itself was of a very high standard and kept very clean. The room was modern with luxurious bedding and a modern bathroom with a heated floor. The ground floor rooms have a patio with table and chairs, and my room looked over the sleeping giant mountains. The view was spectacular. There is no air-con control in the room, however, when I visited in December I found the room always stayed at a comfortable temperature and I never felt the need to change it. I also liked the large fridge in the room which was handy for drinks and the occasional Fiji Bitter.

“Clean and comfortable”
Great hotel close to the airport. Free shuttle service met our plane on time. Room was spacious and clean. Breakfast buffet was included in room price and was delicious.
