Good customer service, perfect location, by the beach which is peaceful. Quality of shower and plumbing service needed improvement to the deluxe room I stayed, staff did attend to the complain, however if they had checked prior or fixed it the 1st time we told them during the day, I would have spent my time enjoying the sunset instead of changing rooms.
Wonderful location in Nadi - close to all of the other popular hotels! Very accomodating staff however shower pressure was not good at all! Otherwise a very nice place to stay with nice rooms and quite modern!

Tv not connected. Unusable Wi-Fi connection in room. Ordinary food in restaurant. Good if traveling on a budget.
Staff very friendly and beachfront,
Beds were poor and very uncomfortable and no window, just a block room. Breakfast was make your own toast and cold coffee
