“I'm definitely going back!”

I stayed in the Beachfront Bure and had an amazing time! The view was wonderful, the atmosphere was superb! R& on the beautiful beach by day and party it up by night for some fun! I am definitely going to return back to Beachcomber Island Resort!

“Great time”

We travelled as a couple and had a beach bure which was fantasic. No aircon, but wasn't required anyway and I'm not a fan for sleeping in aircon. The ceiling fan and ocean breeze was fine. The staff were friendly. Set meal times took some adjusting to. In a nut shell- It's a laid back Island with a good party element. Very relaxing and friendly. Good snorkeling. Met losts of guests from all over the world. Some people complained about drink prices but they were ok- cheaper than the Sheraton! A jug of Fiji bitter was $10FJD- not bad at all! Cocktails were reasonable @ $16 FJD. They have 2 happy hours with 25% discount. We had a great time and would definately return. If there are 2 or 3 in your party- consider a bure. Its worth the little extra.

“Fun for the young”

The hotel is not luxorius by any means, but the trip was amazing. The island is very small, takes less than 10 minutes to walk around. The sand has corral in it. However, I would go back any chance I get. If you are looking for a younger crowd and a good time, this is the place to go.

“the party island”

beachcomber was a great party place and there were plenty of things to do during the day as well. There are cheap trips to cast away island, volleyball games, parasailing, etc. The only tip i would give is there was not much options for food in the buffet (maybe it was hard for them to prepare during xmas and new years due to the amount of people) and they sting you with transfers to and from the island which i was unaware of until i got there approx (170FJD). But other than that, a great place to party and meet heaps of young people and great new friends.

“The Fun Island...”

We stayed at Treasure Island previously and it was horrible and boring. Beachcomber had the best vibe of all the islands we visited. Definitely a party island if that's your scene. Definitely make your way up north to Manta Ray Island if you get a chance. We swam with 4m wide Manta Rays(Harmless and without the barb) out in the sea. An incredible experience and not to be missed(for only $30 as well)...Ps. We stayed in our own private ocean-view room. The dorm rooms looked extremely minimal with not nearly enough mosquito netting. The bar staff were super friendly and the buffet dinner was great! All you can eat. There was however an awkward moment when the lady showing us to our room hung around for way too long expecting a tip for showing us to our room(less than a minute from reception..). I have no problems tipping but this just got awkward...

“For Singles”

This hotel is more for young single travellers. Definitley not for families. Would be ok for couples depends what you are after in a holiday. There is no air con in the rooms and no curtins over the door. The food is pretty good however there are allocated eating times.
