Only one low point when a staff person was rude about using the firepits and that we could not order a Smore's Kit without spending $120.00. He treated me like I was dirt on his shoe.... "Everyone couldn’t have been friendlier and customer service excellent. The only 2 downsides were the restaurant Costa and when checking out the printer at front desk wasn’t working. Both mornings we went to Costa for breakfast and my friend ordered a toasted bagel with plain cream cheese and both times it had to be re-prepared. Also, please use real Crab in Crab Benedict, not canned!"
