"The property was wonderful and as a guest I appreciated the key security to get into the hotel, as it is located near the train station with a lot of street traffic. The hotel however is understaffed as we sat in the bar area for a half hour with no one running it, wanted a drink, the front desk person said they'd be right over, another 20 minutes and they were still checking people in our out.
