During our first night at the hotel our room had no water pressure at all, no toilet paper, and a Bidet. A Bidet with no water pressure is of no use. The shower was also useless, and was truely required after a at times turbulent 9-hour flight from Miami. Staff expalined this was a "normal" condition during the evening hours. Apparently it was still evening when we left for the Airport the next morning to continue on our travels. Our second nights stay before leaving for home had us in a 9' X 12' "Special Double" room with no place for the Suitcases, and a TV that did not work. The toilet was 4" from the wall, and the seat had a broken attachment point which made its use a special balancing act.
