"Best customer service ive received in a long time. We got checked in walked to our room and cooked delivered to our door"

"We stayed in a one bed apartment. On our arrival we were greeted by probably the most sincere young man who went out of his way to answer all questions ie regarding recommending a good place to eat and as we were also towing a decent sized boat we asked if where we had parked it overnight was relatively safe. Well he quickly said it could be but it would be much safer right out the front of the apartments ie at the door. We said we did look at that but the vehicle will not fit as the bins for collection would prevent us. Oh no problem he sorted this all out insisted we get our vehicle and hitched boat and then said now you can see your boat from your balcony. Amazing! and genuine best ever reception person we have ever met on our many travels. 20 out of 10 for him. "

"Perfect location overlooking the Richmond River. Well equipped spacious 1 bedroom apartment. Large corner windows in bedroom with water views from both windows. Friendly reception staff. We will certainly return."

"We stayed in a deluxe self contained cabin after being upgraded due to finding mould on all the blinds. My travel companion can get quite sick with the presence of mould so weren’t able to stay in the cabin. Quite disappointed in the cleanliness of the cabin overall. "
