“Great stay”

The town of Erding is very close to the Munich airport. I think it is about a 15 minute drive. The hotel is located in the center of this little town and there are shops and restaurants close by. The restaurant at the hotel is wonderful. The breakfast buffet is very nice. We would stay here again for sure.

“Great Choice for Munich Airport Hotel”

My assistant found this hotel by reading reviews on the Internet and I was very pleased with her choice. This is not a 5 star hotel, but it had everything I needed, was pleasant, very clean and I encountered no problems whatsoever. The location is only a few kilometers from the airport or a 25 Euro taxi ride (10-15 minutes). You could also take the bus to save some money. The S-Bahn is an easy and enjoyable ten minute walk from the hotel and zips you to the center of Munich in under an hour. This may be an intimidating choice for someone who is not used to travel or speaks no German, but I assure you that you'll be glad. You'll find English speakers at the front desk and the staff was very pleasant and helpful. I saw in other reviews that the hotel had a great Bavarian restaurant. I invited some friends from a nearby town to eat with me, but even on a Tuesday night the restaurant was full. Get reservations! Talking to locals on the street they all confirmed it's the best in town. We found another very good restaurant nearby and there are plenty of other choices.

“Defiantely going back!”

The Erdinger Weissbräu hotel is fantastic!! I can't say enough good things about it. The location to the airport is perfect. It's about a 20 min taxi ride. The hotel is situated right on a corner with 2 churches close by that play fantastic music on the hour. There is tons of shopping close by ranging from shoes and clothing shops to pharmacies and jewlery. The restaurants in the area are fantastic, but the hotel restaurant is the place to be! If you're looking for a good, home cooked, german meal you don't have to leave the hotel. The food is AMAZING here and VERY well priced. The hotel is a 10min walk from the train station that will take you into Munich in just under 1 hour and the Therme Erding Spa is a MUST, only a 10min taxi ride away. The hotel is immaculate. The rooms are very comfortable with great views, spacious washrooms and very comfortable beds and linen. The staff are very helpful and are willing to look around if they don't have the answer you need. The security was great. You have to use your key to get into the elevator or stairwell, so those in the restaurant and pub stay in the main level leaving the hotel hallways quiet. We will definately be back to Erding and will stay here again!

Very comfortable, friendly hotel in a very nice town. Nice restaurant with the hotel, but there are also lots of other nice restaurants and bakeries close by. The card key security is fantastic. The room card key also gets you into the convenient under ground parking so you don't have to be bothered with a second card, or getting reimbursed for parking fees. The beer brewed in the hotel is great!

“Charming hotel in picturesque village”

Excellent choice if you are traveling through or in Munich. Great location, fabulous breakfast, quiet and well maintained rooms, close to the airport. The only drawback is there is no direct public transportation to the hotel from the airport - you have to use a taxi or their car service for a fee. But well worth it, and overall a perfect place to stay.

Loved this hotel! Great location, beautiful room and bathroom, very clean, and convenient, safe parking for our rental car. Enjoyed a wonderful dinner here and the breakfast was best of our trip. Staff spoke english and were very helpful. We chose this location because of proximity to Munich airport and it was perfect - only 10 minute drive for our morning departure. Would definitely stay here again.
