"Hotel reception staff were very welcoming. We asked to change our room as the first one smelt of smoke but this was done very quickly. The room was comfortable and had everything we needed for a one night stay. The breakfast was good too - mostly buffet but we requested a vegetarian version from the menu which was nice. Parking was available right outside, a bit expensive but it was good for a central London hotel that there was some. Thank you. "

"I stayed at Wembley International in 2019 because blackpink were performing at the Wembley Arena. Which is just around the corner, 5 minute walk. I recently saw ITZY there too. It’s such a convenient hotel and the breakfast was incredible. I’ll be sure to stay again "

"I stayed at the Sanctum off of Belsize road April 5th to April 15th for the first time and I must say I was ABSOLUTELY BLOWN AWAY by the helpfulness and the friendliness of the staff. The property was lavish and a great "home away from home". Our apartment was tended to regularly and housekeeping was very warm and friendly as well. I would like to specifically mention Otman for being so helpful! I traveled with my family and Otman was very personable and provided many recommendations for us while were in London. Not only was he very friendly and accommodating anytime we were in the lobby, Otman also saved us from potentially missing our flight on the day of departure. When it was time for us to depart, we booked an Uber for 5 people and 10 suitcases, however; the Uber that showed up was unable to accommodate. Otman saw how much trouble we were having in finding a driver that could get us and our bags where we needed to go and went the extra mile to find us a service that could carry all 5 of us, as well as all 10 bags we had to take with us. I do not know what we would have done if not for him. I do not know if there is a recognition program in place for employees here, however; he certainly deserves kudos for being so spectacular! Everyone was amazing and my stay was the best it'd ever been in London because of this location and it's staff. I've no intentions on ever staying anywhere else for as long as this property remains in business when I visit London. 5/5 for sure! "
