I did not like that there was no breakfast or room service. My key car didn’t work so I got locked out and had to walk all the way around in the freezing cold. The room was ok but I booked a king bed online and when I got there I had to have a room with two beds instead which I wasn’t too happy about.

The dirtiest property I have seen. Unclean rooms, broken toilet seat, unclean small towels and no standard bath towel, broken iron stand, very unfriendly staff. No breakfast - even if website states breakfast included. I will not stay at this facility again. Horrible!!!

According to the Expedia website, breakfast is supposed to be included and it is not. The hotel is not very clean and smells bad. The first room they put me in had no heat and I was freezing.

Nice staff and good location.
It was a clean but a little outdated. Staff was very nice and welcoming. The location was good and easy ti find. Itvwas advertised as having a continental breakfast but didn't. That was disappointing.

Booked through Expedia with continental breakfast seleted and this location showed up in the first place. At my stay in the morning found no breakfast offered at all the hotel. Tried to contact Expedia customer service, the service guy said this location do offers free breakfast but your deal didn't have it. Come on Expedia!!! I have been using you for 15 yrs. Every time I book a hotel stay, I select " free breakfast" because it is easy and I have kids. Now Expedia telling not offered for my deal. After 40 mins of contacting and debating, they offer some credit for my next booking... Btw the worst hotel stay experience ever had, found hairs on every thing in the room. Towels were all dirty stains and never been washed.

Run down. Wallpaper pealing. Dust on headboards. Found jellybean, seashell, bobbybin, straw and broken glass or plastic on the floor. Advertised online that there is a free continental breakfast. Apparently the manager scares his staff into not letting customers check people in early. I needed to get to a wedding at noon, and the staff didn't want to check me into my room early because the manager would yell at them. I had to book an entirely new room because of this, and it was incredibly inconvenient.

This property looked like it was still under construction. The room was filthy, the air conditioner did not work properly and left a burning smell and high humidity in the room. There was untreated, and unpainted wood to frame the window for the room. The door did not close all the way but enough to lock. The wall on the opposite side of the door hinges was visibly wobbly. We checked in at 9 pm. They originally told us that they didn’t have our room and would upgrade us. After waiting about 45 minutes in the lobby we were told that the original room was still unoccupied and they gave us a key. After entering the room, I noted its condition and reported it to the desk, they refused to make notation of the room or make any accommodation. It’s was too late to find another hotel and I had been driving for about 14 hours at this point. This hotel should be inspected by the health department and fire Marshall.

We were so disappointed when we were walking at the hallway, it smells so bad! Towels are small and filthy. We thought that breakfast is free when we checked online,but upon cheking in, we were told that it's only coffee and juice. We were told that they have no control with other online bookings about the posting, but it should be their responsibilities to inform these companies and make updates because it looks like customers are being mislead. We really didn't have a good experience.Not coming back anymore!

Very outdated and not kept up. Promised breakfast but not offered. Orange juice was wattered down and coffee undrinkable.

First there was dried blood and stains on every wall, mattresses. Hallway smelled of urine. The free breakfast advertisement was false. The innkeeper was nice but unconcerned about complaints. The only thing decent was the shower pressure.
