“We love Crowne Plaza”
I can always count on consistanly good service. We stay on the executive floor and it is nice and quiet and the kingsize bed is wonderful and so is the view of the river valley.
“Downtown's finest.”
Great staff. Very helpful. Friendly. After a 5 hour drive from Fort McMurray, my girlfriend working all night. They let us check in early. We got pretty lost trying to find a shopping centre. They helped us with the directions on mapquest and on our GPS. The revolving " La Ronde" is very beautiful. Great staff, Great food. Great View. Would definitially stay there again. The location is a little hard to navigate.

this hotel will be the first I'll check up on. Excellent in every way for my price range and comfort standards. Staff very helpful, polite and considerate. Shuttle to airport.

Great staff, clean rooms, comfy beds, tasty food, prompt service, convienant location, resonable price. Will book again. Sketchy parking lot is my only complaint.

Beautiful hotel, extremely helpful staff. Our truck is oversized and we had to park across the street but that is our only complaint.
“Great location with fantastic views!”
This was my second time at this hotel and must admit the room was not as luxurious as I remember, however it was clean. The walls are thin, but they provide earplugs and a really nice linen spray. I ate/drank at the Lounge and the Cafe, and would go back just for the fantastic quality of food, drink and service alone! Waiting for the airport shuttle I was offered a glass of water by the Bellman. Wonderful location too!
“A great downtown hotel”
The room was large, plush and well decorated. The bed was really comfortable. If your room overlooks the river valley, the view is beautiful. I haven't eaten there in a few years, but I remember the restaurant on the top floor, La Ronde, was delicious. It also slowly rotates, so you can enjoy the view.
