“Hardly used rental car”
Hotel was easy walking distance to most things - City Centre Mall, Citadel Theatre, pubs and restaurants. Enjoyed staying here and found the staff friendly and accommodating. Good workout area with adjoining spa. Found spa services to be reasonably priced. Clean, spaceous rooms with free internet access. Overall, good value and would stay here again.
“Highly Recommend”
I was there over the New Years Eve. The hotel was excellent...room was great...pool and hot tub were great....front desk staff were fast and efficient...only 8.00 to park car 24hrs....cannot beat the hotel for the price...I will definately use this hotel again and I recommend.
“Unexpected upgrade”
My wife and I do not appreciate staying in outdated, run-down hotels so we chose a moderately-priced hotel from Expedia's list. We had stayed at the Coast Edmonton Plaza before and were very satisfied with everything except having to pay for parking, so we decided to go there again. When we checked in we got a great surprise. Our room was lovely with a large table and six chairs separated from the bed area by a wall unit divider that had a business (computer) centre (free wireless access), television, and refrigerator on the table side and a televsion and dresser unit on the bedroom side. The bedroom had a king bed and an easy chair and side table as well. We were more than satisfied with all the space and amenities.
“Good rate, nice venue”
Nice place, friendly staff, beautiful appointments and a reasonable rate. close to everything int he downtown core.
“A little jewel”
This is a nice hotel that I basically stumbled on and was pleased. My room was business comfy and very clean. King Size Bed was heavenly and linens were wonderful. I enjoyed the pool spa exercise area, and I also loved the bar. I did not try the restaurant. The services I used were great and a boon was being two blocks from the Light Rail which took me to the University area quickly and also there was a small little grocery store nearby with hot soup and breakfast items. It was like a Whole Foods only smaller and the prices were reasonable. You can get whatever you need THERE and in the hotel was a fridge and coffee maker. I was set. NO microwave, but I didn't need it.
“Excellent Accomodations”
Overall a good hotel. Staff is excellent & helpful. Breakfast is pricey... but tasty!

The hotel has a very nice ambience and very helpful staff. It is clean and has a good size workout facility with sauna and hottub. I would recommend this hotel.
“We felt immediately at home at this hotel - great manager as well”
I mentioned it was my son's 10th birhday and we received a card with some treats upon arrival in our room. We felt very welcomed amd it meant alot to me and my son.
“Under valued hotel”
My stay here was supurb. Being the cheapest hotel I could find in edmonton on short notice I expected some dirt around the corners but the hotel was 5 star.
