“Hotel recommended”
Excellent hotel, great food and comfy bed..........
“Excellent in Edinburgh!!”
Excellent location for both walking to Murrayfield stadium as well as City Centre, but if you need a bus to the centre it is just across the road. Breakfasts were excellent as was the staff, even the managers work here, take note if you prefer to delegate rather than support your team!! Hotel is minutes from the City Bypass and is very easy to find, the room was excellent with views of the Castle to the left and the Firth of Forth to the right and everything else in between. Great Hotel, Great staff and Great time!!

“wonderfull stay”
Hotel staff are very helpful and friendly. Two large supermarkets, saintsberry and M&S, are closed to the hotel. Cafe prices are very resonable. Kentuky fired chicken is also in the shopping mall. Public transportation from airport to the Holliday Inn Graigleith: 1) AirLink (bus 100) express bus to Wavely Station at City Center, transfer to Bus 41 (Cramond direction, next to the AirLink stop). You'll arrive at Holiday Inn on the left hand side at the ESSO gas station.. AtrLink fair is 3.5 pounds. regular bus one way is 1.40 pounds. Day saver ticket for bus is 3.5 pounds. 2# Bus 35 from airport to Ingliston, park & ride station #very short distance#, transfer to 12X #express) to City Center, walk 1 block to bus 41 station. unlimited ride for the Day Saver bus ticket is 3.5 ponds. Buy the ticket on the bus, driver has no change. You can get bus mp and change from AirLink airport station.
“Great stay - bring your own quorn sausages”
Very good value hotel, pleasant 20 minute walk to city centre and free car parking. The only minor quibble was the lack of a vegetarian option on the hot breakfast table - not too drastic when eggs and beans were available on our first morning but a bit sad when they weren't available on our second - I've never eaten so much toast in my life!
“Good choice”
It was an excellent service, i recommend it. It easy for public transportation, and good facilities.
“An Amazing Stay!”
I have been to a few Holiday Inns all over and even a few Hotels in the UK. This place was amazing! The employees at the front desk were very helpful and their attitude made it seem as though they were there to cater to us. The rooms were very clean with a pretty decent view. The breakfast was great with everything you would expect. Although it was my first time eating Haggis, it was very good. The location isn't the best but its definitely not bad. For £1.30 and about 10-15min you can get to the center of town or take a taxi for £6. I would reccomend this hotel to anyone who doesn't mind a short amount of travel to the tourist spots.
“Great view of the city from our room”
Room 415 is a family room with a brilliant view over Edinburgh including the castle. OK the hotel is not right in the centre but just across the road you jump on the number 41 bus and ten mins later your in Princes Street. We arrived at the hotel just after 11am informing reception that we would be back late and could we leave our bags. However on checking, the chap on reception confirmed our room was ready and we could go on up. Would stay here again.
“Good location”
Happy to recommend this hotel both for its comfort and for its price. We used this hotel as our base when we travelled both into Edinburgh city (by bus - very easy), and to places outside the city centre. Staff friendly and happy to help, hotel restaurant very good and the room neat and clean. Would stay again. K & J from Australia
