"Amazing location. Bell men will go above and beyond to make your stay pleasant and they will get you anything you ask for. Concierge desk employees are not helpful at all, and they do not even try. I asked for newspapers one morning and they just said we don't have it and they told me they don't know where to get it. Bell men overheard it and within 5 minutes one of them brought it to my room. Concierge desk at the towers lied that they don't have newspapers and when I saw a pile of them on the left side of the doors, I was told not to take it, since its only for the guests from the towers. I offered to pay but they said NO. Usually hotels deliver papers to your room for free but not this one. If you need help use bell men. They really made my stay so much better at this hotel."
