"The pod was very small and the desk and chair were uncomfortable, and the only USB port didn’t work. Otherwise, the bed was comfortable, the shower was hot with good pressure and the whole room was very clean. The front desk staff was very nice as was the lady that did the housekeeping for the room. The bar was a bit expensive (it’s NYC) but the bar staff were friendly and gave good and prompt service."
"The Regency is Mei Hom away from home. What can I say? It is probably the best hotel I’ve ever stayed in the world. I never go wrong when I’m at the Regency. The staff knows you on a first name basis your room is ready. Your favorite cocktail is probably waiting for you at the bar at breakfast. They know what you’re having for breakfast. The staff is impeccable. The people are impeccable. Nothing wrong about this hotel. I love this place."
"The room was clean and modern, though it took us a few minutes to realize the AC was from a wall unit.
Staff were efficient and polite. There was no parking that we could see. The hotel is two very narrow buildings, maybe fifteen feet wide, across the street from each.

"We liked a lot overall - restaurants and bars were fun, views from rooftop at night were great (recommend reserving a table to get a good spot).
Rooms weren't anything fancy and some of the art was a little odd, but totally comfortable and clean.
Staff was great, 11/10 for friendliness.
We were delayed on the way in and they refunded us for that night which was also much appreciated."
