Arrived checked in and found room was not serviced and in a very dirty and smelly state. This trip was a surprise gift for my 9yr old daughter and we had to wait 3 hours until after midnight to get the room serviced . Tim the manager was exceptional in assisting, as was the housekeeper who eventually serviced the room. However, the other reception staff were very unsympathetic and unhelpful. Instructing us to find alternative accommodation as they were sold out and could not help - this at minutes to midnight on a Friday

There was a dog show next door that we weren’t made aware of, dogs everywhere. We were on the riverfront with no walking paths nearby, but across the river. The room next to us had a dog that cried and whined all night. I’ve never had a bad experience here, but this time sucked.

I felt gouged to be charged $13-14 for parking. If you can't provide parking spaces for your guests, don't build a hotel there. I wouldn't stay there again when I visit friends in Peoria. Breakfast was excellent.

It’s clean neat and in a quiet place. Didn’t like having to pay to park at the hotel I paid for. Then get to the room and the mini fridge wasn’t working and stunk. Waited an hour for maintenance to come and fix it but no one showed up

Definitely recommend staying here. I was very impressed from the moment I booked. The price was right. The hotel was very nice. The complimentary breakfast, snacks & drinks were an amazing addition. If I ever come to Peoria again this is the only hotel I would stay at.

Property is fine but do not trust them with your credit card on file. I booked through Expedia. Then was charged a total of 3 times for my room. Hilton embassy suites charged my card 2 addition times and have yet to be refunded

I didn’t like the fact I was charged $250 for damage, and they claimed it was frosting and confetti. I’m not sure why that would be that much. Staff members were constantly calling my room accusing the kids of things and they were sleep on one of the calls. Last 2 times were horrible got charged extra fees for stuff that shouldn’t have been. Overall not staying there again used to be my favorite hotel but now im never going to that place again I’ve never been charged any fees like that at any hotel and I’ve been out of the country multiple times just a shame.

Manager was very unfriendly, she tried to talk over my concerns and give excuses why things were as they are. The manager clearly did not care about the customer. Threatened NOTpaying for parking or your vehicle could be towed? I did not see any security. The bathtub was disgusting . Overpriced Greedy Hotel for sure!

Customer service at the reception desk to check-in and after our visit was great. So nice. My only difficulties were that the bathroom had trouble opening and shutting all the way and the room was so hot. We kept trying to turn it down but the room never cooled off or had great ventilation (which wasn’t great for air flow or when you have a baby and dirty diapers in the trash).

Fix the Embassy its broken
The front desk had no one waiting and the lady working told us it would be a few she had things to do. After about 5 or 10 minutes I said you ready and she was very rude like I was doing something wrong. The parking lot was so full we parked about 3 blocks away. Not very friendly workers

concert in peoria.
We came to attend a concert. The location was great related to the civic center. The front staff at check in seemed to be under the influence. I work in healthcare and it was pretty clear she was altered. The size of our room was awesome, however there were multiple maintenance issues and sanitary issues. There was about 10 blood splattered spots on the back of the door. It was room 520. The toilet lid was crooked and unstable. After the concert we were in line to get some snacks and that lady was quite nice (this was after 11pm).
