“Florida Traveller”
Room and Location were great, and the staff was very helpful.
“Very Impressed”
A very nice hotel experience. An excellent restaurant. Dinner and breakfast very good. Only one minor point. It says that it's an airport hotel but it is some distance from the airport.About 10-15 minutes in the courtesy bus which will pick up and drop off for a small charge. To arrange the bus from the airport you need to go to the Europcar desk in the arrivals area which I find a bit odd.There is no sign as such I only found this out by calling the hotel. Anyway the system worked. Overall a good hotel
“"Great affordable hotel"”
Nice, econnomical hotel with great service. Clean, well maintained facility with a wonderful, friendly, and most important, helpful staff. I was a US traveler that encountered logistical challenges which were quickly resolved with hotel staff assistance. I had an opportunity to stay at another Mercure hotel which was also equally pleasant and clean. I will use Mercure for all future trips.

A nice hotel, although it is announced as an airport hotel but it is pretty far from it.
“Good for a short business trip”
Good clean hotel. Heating broken in first room I was assigned but no problems to change rooms. Friendly staff, good simple evening food.

The breakfast buffet offered was in no way worth the price charged. There was not very much food put out. I think that "half Price" of what they charged would have been more appropriate.

“Not the Mercure airport”
Alhough the hotel itself is fine, the staff are helpful and a good balance between helpful and invsible I was very annoyed to find that the hotel is miles from Dusseldorf airport. I was going to a meeting in Meerbusch the next day, a twenty euro cab ride from the airport but it cost me fifty euro from the hotel. If the hotel has airport in the title then it should be in or very near the airport!
“Lost in Dusseldorf”
Hardly an airport hotel, we got very lost trying to find it - if you are staying here make sure you get proper directions before going, it is not near to the airport - if you know where you are going its probably a 20 min drive, if you don't you have no hope of finding it by going to the Ratingen junction on the motorway
“Nice place for meetings”
The hotel is suitable for business meeting/ conventionsn, but it is not near DUS airport (20 min by taxi), The internet connection is free but slow very good restaurant
