“Great Value for Money”
Visited this hotel for a long weekend with my husband, everything was as we expected, great customer service even with my bad German! Lots of hot water, mini bar was stocked to a min level, but it was replaced once used with out prompting. Room service was used and was delivered before the time advised. Good Breakfast. The hotel is about a 5-10 min taxi ride from the town centre and costs about 7-10 euro's each way - or you could get the bus or the tram - transport links are great and this should not be seen as a disadvantage as the location is quite, lots of businesses near by, and monday to friday the hotel is used for conferences - our stay included two days with conferences on and it did not cause use any concern and we did not experence any drop in the service levels. The taxi fare from the aiport is only 15-17 euros max and take 15-20 mins. The swimming pool is not large, but it is clean and well supplied with towels. Very friendly staff - we are planning to return next year for the christmas markets - good fun.

The food was about the best of this 10 day trip! Breakfast and dinner very good, dinner outstanding for quality and quantity.

“best location, super price”
Hotel is perfectly comunicated with city center and with main roads which leads to all important cities of Rhine - Northern Westphalia. Very good price (on expedia), clean rooms, professional and helpful staff. We will stay there again when we will next time in Dusseldorf. The only disadvantage may be hotel parking - not included - and mess with tickets (receiving, validating each time when you wish to exit at reception etc,).

Me and my spouse were wery happy about this hotel.hotel was in good quality, room was very clean and comfortable.noting disturb us.room was very quiet.by public transport ,good connection to city center.in shortly walking distance it is possible to find good and quality restaurants.river rhein and green stripe is very close to hotel.
