“Very Impressed with this Hotel”

We stayed in this hotel after reading reviews on this site (all of the reviews on this site are very honest). The hotel location is excellent, the Airport bus stops opposite the hotel, and all of the local attractions are within walking distance. An excellent choice for all types of travellers.

Nice hotel in the central part of Dublin,two blocks from Irish National Gallery which is a fantastic museum with lots of great works of art; friendly staff, nice location,clean rooms.Would stay there again.

“Great hotel, great service”

Very comfortable stay with very helpful staff. Any small niggles (barstaff in training for example so drinks delayed) were apologised for.

Very profesional staff with promt service. Also, air-conditoned...rare in Europe, keep in mind if going in the summer. Also, good size room for two for a European hotel. With more than two people, you may consider multiple rooms. But, that is common in Europe, as compared to US hotels. Overall, very happy with this hotel and would stay there again if going to Dublin. :) I highly recommend the hop-on-hop-off city tour, and visting the near by Tourist Info Centre about 15 min walk down the road. They can get you anywhere in Ireland, and are very helpful. Also, just around the corner of the hotel is a pub called "Kennedys", and has got great food for lunch or dinner at resonable prices. As for breakfast, the hotel's breakfast is a bit pricey for what it is so, just find a Cafe' around every corner, and get a much better deal, and they are everywhere you go in Dublin. ;)

The hotel was great and the staff was even better. My wife and I stayed for 7 nights and could not have been more pleased. When we go back to Dublin, we will be sure to stay there again.

“Great Stay at a Great Location”

It was a nice, clean hotel. The front desk service was extremely helpful. This hotel is in a great, quiet neighborhood which is close enough to all of the attractions. The airport bus drops you off at a stop very close to the hotel, making the trip very easy. I definitely would go back to the O'Callaghan Mont Clare when I go back to Dublin.

“Cozy feel, I loved it!”

The hotel was very cozy. The rooms where small but cozy.

“Well Placed and Comfortable”

This hotel is very well placed for anyone wanting to take in the libraries, museums and other attractions of central Dublin. A few minutes walk from the Liffey to the Millenium Bridge and you are in the heart of O'Connell Street too should you wish to have nights out. The staff were Irish (a rarity) friendly (not a rarity) and helpful, the breakfasts were as you would expect (I didn't try the suppers). The room nicely appointed, the bathroom clean and the water hot. There was internet in the room for any one with a laptop and for those without you can pay 5 euros and use the key board provided. I am definitely using this place again when I return next year.
