“Ideal for the purpose”

We were spending two nights in Dublin en route to France with an early morning flight so wanted easy access to city and airport. Hotel met needs easily. Very happy with whole experience - staff, room and breakfast quality. Would definitely stay again.

“Pleasantly surprised”

The hotel had every amenity, and the room was spacious and attractive (in a businesslike, not luxurious, way--but very comfortable). I appreciated the attentive service whenever I had a question or needed help, and also enjoyed the complimentary hot breakfast, served buffet-style in a large dining room. The free shuttle service (leaving every half hour) to the airport (ten minutes away) was also a plus, and the price was very reasonable.

“Very comfotable accomodations”

While not luxurious, we found the accomoodations to be very comfortable and clean. Transportation to and from the Dublin airport is provided on a scheduled basis by a van but it is advisable to call ahead as it can fill up fast. A very complete continental style breakfast is available in the dining room. More complete meals are available at the adjoining hotel.

“Great value”

The hotel was close to the airport and the shuttle was a great service. The room was very comfortable and the front desk staff were wonderful to deal with. I would highly recommend this hotel for those in Dublin needing a hotel close to the airport.

“Friendly Front Desk, Good Value”

Very accomodating, only down side is not within walking distance to restaurant. Only choices were the Holiday Inn Crown Plaza & Italian place. Breakfast bar was convenient.

“Good Low Cost Hotel near Dublin”

This hotel has free shuttle service to/from the Dublin airport (hourly, sometimes half-hourly) and it is only a one block walk to the bus stop to get to downtown Dublin. The beds come with both hard and soft pillows which are marked accordingly. The rooms are clean and normal size, but there were no clothes' drawers in our room - only some cubby holes and hanger space. The free breakfast is a basic hot breakfast (scrambled eggs and sausage or bacon) with the normal selection of basic cold items, too. There is a nice park across from the hotel. The neighborhood has no restaurants other than the one in the Crown Plaza next door to the Express. For a few Euros more the Crown Plaza probably has nicer rooms for a longer stay.

“Great Airport Hotel”

I was really impressed with the Expess by Holiday Inn Airport Hotel in Dublin. It was cheap, clean and had everything you need. After a long flight, it was wonderful to have a hotel shuttle bus take me straight there. Check in was easy and quick. The hotel room was very clean and well fitted out. The bed was very comfy! I had everything I needed for a quick stopover. It was also wonderful to have breakfast included - I didn't have to worry about changing currency or finding a place to eat. The breakfast was great! There was lots of choice, both hot and cold options. It was also to have check out at 11am for a little extra sleep in. In all, I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone needing a place to stay in Dublin before or after a flight!

“Great Dublin bargain with free airport shuttle service.”

Have used this hotel twice. It is quite classy for it's price. Book ahead and use Expedia...other sources charged much more for same room.

“Convenient”

Although rooms are a bit small, this hotel is still a good deal. Conveniently located a short shuttle ride to the airport. Great breakfasts as well.

The staff of this hotel was very professional and helpful. Great location, short bus ride to Dublin City Center and a great shuttle to the airport.
