“Dublin Hilton Airport”
The beds are hard like most in Ireland. The band in the lobby is too loud, dont stay on the first floor. Most disappointing though is that doors to the rooms have no closers and they slam waking you up throughout the night
“Suited needs”
Our room was a smokers room even though we had asked for non smoker. Air conditioning was too noisy to use. Otherwise staff were helpful, breakfast nice, airport transfers convenient. A local supermarket was about it for things to see locally so not recommended for anyone without transport.
“Great Airport Hotel”
Preparing to depart Ireland we stayed at the Hilton Airport Hotel. The Hilton is built to Hilton standards...large rooms, fully furnished, clean and quiet. The staff was most friendly. The airport is a ten minute shuttle ride from the hotel. Several restaurants are within walking distance but take the hotel suttle, fifteen minutes, to the sea side villiage of Malahide for additional great dinning
“Service was wonderful!”
We stayed at the Hilton near the Dublin Airport on our last night before flying home. We were very pleased with the hotel. It was clean and comfortable, although the fan from the AC, while not loud, was noticeable throughout the night. Overall, I would definitely stay again. We were able to check in at noon and leave our suitcases in our room before returning our rental car to city centre, where we rented it the previous week to tour northern Ireland. We shopped in Dublin and had dinner at O'Neill's before catching the number 42 bus back to the hotel. We were driven to the airport the next morning in the courtesy shuttle. After arriving at the airport, I realized we had misplaced our VAT rebate envelope; I called the hotel and a wonderful young lady found the envelope in our hotel room and sent it to our home here in the States. We were very pleased with our stay and would recommend it! If we fly into Dublin again, we will stay at the Hilton.
“Great stay”
Convenient, very comfortable, wonderful pillows, great service and awesome breakfast. We got four rooms for an awesome rate and everyone in our party was very satisfied. I'd stay there again!
“Great airport hotel!”
The hotel was really nicely presented. The courtesy bus was easy to get and was easy enough to get a lift back in the morning, to get our hire car. Our room was done up beautifully for our honeymoon and the best muffins I've had (a really nice touch). Only down side was there was no wi-fi.
“Great Hotel”
Our first contact was the shuttle driver at the airport, He was very friendly and let us know about the signup sheet for the shuttle back to the airport and let us know about some of the hotel services. The staff at the check in counter were also friendly and could answer any questions we had. The room was very clean and had a nice PC desk, large TV and plenty of storage space. The buffet breakfast had an impressive selection of food and beverages.
“Convenient airport hotel”
Pleasant, albeit bland, hotel. Stayed here 2 nights after dropping our hire care as we had a very early flight out the third day. For the second day we took the convenient local bus which stopped nearby. Breakfast was great, but cost of internet was exorbitant so we used free wifi when we went into town.
“Wonderful Stopover”
Chose the Dublin Airport Hilton because of previous reviews. Glad we did. The property is 10 minutes from the airport; provides a free shuttle bus to & from; the large room had a very comfortable full sized bed, flat screen TV & a hot water pot with cocoa, biscuits, coffee & tea; and the breakfast buffet was out of this world!! Hotel also provides a free R/T shuttle in the evening to a large mall & a quaint town about 15 minutes away. Internet access is provided in rooms; but is expensive. Airport tips; Baggage allowance is one free 23 kilo bag PP; You will preclear customs in Dublin for travel to Orlando, so arrive at least 2 1/2 hrs prior to flt time; and buy your duty free goods prior to going through security. There is no duty free shopping after going through US customs & Immigration. We will definitely stay there again!
“Quality airport hotel”
The hotel is conveniently located and has a shuttle. The price is reasonable. There is a large mall located within walking distance to the hotel. The rooms are clean and comfortable. Everything you could ask for in an airport hotel.
