“Great for short stays”

Hotel was very accomodating. I was going to Denmark for the weekend and didn't want to drag around my suitcases and the Hilton allowed me to leave my suitcases at the hotel days before I even checked in. The free shuttle service was very handy.

“Courteous and Professional”

After spending two weeks in Europe at various hotels, the level of customer service at this one was immediately superior to many others. The staff from shuttle driver to check-in to room service was wonderful. Bonus - free shuttle to and from airport: prompt, friendly and courteous. The only downer was the air conditioning was noisy, but weather was cool.

“Hilton comes up trumps”

To get the bad things out of the way, I was a little surprised that this airport hotel was not actually on the airport but having said that there was a great shuttle bus service with a friendly driver that meant that this was not an issue. Also I dont know whether I was just lucky but I did not have to wait at all at the airport and it was a complimentary service with no additional charge. There was plenty of space on the bus and I was able to book another trip back again the following day without any problem. As it is an airport hotel (or near the airport) then the location is probably not great for exploring the city and there did not seem to be much around the hotel but then again I only needed an overnight stop over. The hotel is very new, very clean and friendly. The rooms are very comfortable (I normally have trouble sleeping in hotels for one night but this was the exception). The room service was very quick and the food piping hot. Nice bathroom with a full size bath and shower which again is unusual in my experience. I noticed that my room had an adjoining door which might be useful for family groups. Breakfast was excellent and the dining room was not busy at all (breakfasted at 8am) with good choice and great service. I managed to get my room for something like 65 Euro inclusive of breakfast which had to be a great bargain given this standard and level of comfort. Highly recommended hotel, a pleasure to stay there.

“Great hotel!”

This is a great hotel with comfortable services and facilities; and the best is that is close to the airport. They offer a free transfer coach to/from the airport, which is great when you need it for an early flight. I did enjoy my stayed and I hope to go back!

“Wonderful Stopover”

Chose the Dublin Airport Hilton because of previous reviews. Glad we did. The property is 10 minutes from the airport; provides a free shuttle bus to & from; the large room had a very comfortable full sized bed, flat screen TV & a hot water pot with cocoa, biscuits, coffee & tea; and the breakfast buffet was out of this world!! Hotel also provides a free R/T shuttle in the evening to a large mall & a quaint town about 15 minutes away. Internet access is provided in rooms; but is expensive. Airport tips; Baggage allowance is one free 23 kilo bag PP; You will preclear customs in Dublin for travel to Orlando, so arrive at least 2 1/2 hrs prior to flt time; and buy your duty free goods prior to going through security. There is no duty free shopping after going through US customs & Immigration. We will definitely stay there again!

An excellent, comfortable hotel, conveniently situated opposite an enormous Tesco supermarket. The food in the hotel was also very good

We enjoyed the hotel very much. The room was clean and big. The beds were comfortable and we got a good nights sleep.

Enjoyed staying here for our last night in Dublin, we wanted to be close to the airport, early flight the following day.

This was a wonderful place to stay. Location was convienent and the Hotel staff was helpful in directing us to our specific locations. The food voucher( 10 euros) for breakfast was an added plus and greatly appreciated. Bus stop outside (make sure you get # bus returning to area). We have never been disappointed in a Hilton Hotel/Garden Inn. The only thing we missed was the coffee and cookies @ 5:00 p.m. which they do in the US. Also we could not find a Coke/Pepsi machine. I think this is more of a 4 star hotel (on internet is a 3 star). We would definitely stay again.

“One of the best hotels we've ever stayed in..!!”

Hotel was fantastic!! My fiance and i went over to Dublin for 4 nights on the 27th Dec 07 to celebrate New Year's. The previous reviews were extremely helpful in helping us decide which hotel to book. The free shuttle bus service to and from the airport was brilliant. We went on the free shuttle bus to Malahide too for New Year's Eve and they picked us up at 11.15pm so no waiting around for over priced taxis. The Tesco's across the road from the hotel was convenient and the bus stop located outside meant it was only about 20 mins ride to the town centre costing only 1.60 euro each way. We've been before and stayed in Temple Bar but both of us thought this was a better location and hotel. Would definitely stay there again!!
