"We would have loved to seen/received the VIP amenities promised but we didn't get any of the,. We arrived at the hotel early and were told there was no upgraded rooms and no such VIP amenities. The hotel was fantastic though and we enjoyed every min of being there. We will come again. Just rather we didn't have the VIP carrot dangled in front of us by Expedia - not the hotel."

"The area that this hotel is in is great, lots going on, with a fully pedestrianised beachfront with lots of shops, bars and restaurants to choose from. Great nightlife in an evening. The hotel staff were great in all areas of the hotel, nothing was too much trouble. And the value for money is pretty good for what you get. "The “all inclusive” option on hotels.com turned out to be the Premium All Inclusive plan which is good value for an all inclusive because the food and drinks you get is the same as other people who are paying for it.
