“Raddion Blu”

I spent 2 nights at the Raddison Blue to unwind from Afghanistan and it worked out great! Room was very clean and employees were very nice and friendly.

“Staff”

Staff was extremely helpful and pleasant, especially reception and conceriege. Security guards were somewhat rude during a large party by the pool.

Must see

Do the safari - going to the sand dunes, renting ATV's then having a Buffet BBQ, smoking shisha. The greatest time I have ever had in my life. You can book this thru the hotel at the tours desk.

“Awesome as always”

The Radisson Blu in Deira continues to be one of the best hotels I've ever had the privilege of using in my travels around the world. The staff is always professional and can make on the spot adjustments for unplanned events. The food and entertainment is second to none. The whole experience reflects good management and training to insure that customer service is their main objective. Thanks as always, Ralph

“Valet Parking only?”

Overall I was very satisfied with the hotel but I did find it a bit odd that they only had Valet parking. You had not other options. Some people need to have servants falling all over them but I would prefer if I had the choice of parking the car myself and coming/going as I please. I also didn't like that they had the mini-bar fridge closed with a zip tie so that you couldn't put anything of your own in. Of course these are personal preferences and not really problems. I have to say though that the breakfast and high tea were excellent.

“Best over all hotel in Dubai”

The Radisson Blu in Deira is the best hotel in Dubai for service and overall value for the dollar. While there are some very upscale hotels that are indeed impressive, for the dollar value and customer service, no one beats the "Blu" in Deira. From the management to the welcoming staff, you are treated with a very personal and professional desire to make your stay unforgetable. The many 5 star restaurants add to this appeal. This isand will be my hotel of choice anytime I visit Dubai Ralph A.

The hotel has a very proficient Concierge and Travel desk that can get you to the Gold Souk (very nearby), the amazing Mall of the Emirates, desert four wheeling or baloon rides. Many of these are near to the hotel or just a short taxi ride away.

“not impressed”

Arrived at 7am after overnight flight and was told that for extra charge could get into a room immediately rather than waiting until check in time for our booked room. As I had booked Royal Club room agreed that this was ok as long as it was same type of room. When checking out was charged extra per night plus extra service charges. When I complained that it wasnt made clear that the charge was per night I was told that I should have known what I was agreeing to and the charges would not be changed. They said they had given us a better room with tea etc included but this is part of the Royal Club room that I had paid for anyway and we at no time asked for an upgrade and dont believe that the room we stayed in was any better than what we had booked. Also dont appreciate sharing lifts every night with hookers. Guests are required to scan room key to make lifts work but this security is overridden when staff put these women in lifts. Will not go back.

“A great choice.”

The Radisson Blu Diera Creek Dubai , is a very clean and well presented hotel with most of the modern features that are expected of a 4 star hotel. Staff were helpfull and there was a great range of restaurants to choose from . I would recommend it to anybody.

Area recommendations

Diera Creek was not well placed within walking distance of the new shopping malls , but was only a short 10 min. taxi ride away .

“Beautiful hotel with excellent service”

Would definately stay here again if visiting Dubai. The staff and service of the hotel was excellent. Everyone was helpful and we didn't face any problems.

Getting there

We took a cab and it was very cheap. You could also take the metro there, very easy to use and the metro is less than 5mins walking distance from the hotel.
