"Quite mediocre stay with poor English speaking staff "

"This is a fantastic hotel to stay in both for families with kids of all ages and for those that require a quiet poolside experience. The aqua park has 3 separate pools each with slides catering for kids of all ages. The adult only pools away from the aqua park are a fantastic addition. Staff are always friendly and provide a great service with a smile. The food selection covers a wide range from traditional Turkish stews and kebabs to dishes from around the world. The grounds are the best I have...

"This is one of the best resorts that me and my family ever stayed at. The only bummer was that more pools weren't heated or even a jacuzzi around the pools. "

"Along as you are happy to stay in the resort and eat eat the same food options daily you will be happy. Staff service is really good, the spa was delightful and Starbucks is a bonus at the resort. Taxi's are so expensive if you want venture out of the resort Uber does not work and it seems like the hotel work with the taxi companies and charge extra. I enjoyed my stay but I did nt enjoy the food options but I did venture out to land of legends and spend whole day there at a cost of 50 euros...

"Great time was had in the end because we went with another group. The room when we arrived was set up with one double bed and one single bed... for 4 people (2 adults and 2 children). I asked for another bed and got given a broken rollaway base with a paper thin mattress. For a 5 star establishment and to expect anyone even a child to sleep on that for 9 nights, I was shocked. Response from management on this point was not great. So if you are booking a room for 2 adults and 2 children beware of...
