"Great historical hotel"

"Safe environment. Front desk newbie did not have a friendly service. Unfortunately I don't know her name. But she refused to grant me a few minutes extension upon checking out. Not a big deal, but not pleasant. "

"Very courteous valet service with no hassle in & out. We enjoyed our room. Very comfortable. Only disappointment was the pre-made breakfast tacos that the cafe staff had to microwave...with so much great Mexican food in the city, we skipped breakfast at the hotel and went elsewhere. The hotel's signature scent is very appealing!"

"This hotel is a landmark and was built in 1886. They offer a free tour of the hotel which I would recommend. It's very well maintained while keeping all it's original charm. Downtown location is perfect - we did not need a car to get around the city. Staff well very helpful, courteous and friendly. I would highly recommend this hotel!!!"
