"Just next to the canal and the brewery is a plus, but it’s a little far from the Sakaimachi shopping street. Rooms are normal but clean, hotel staff is friendly. Carpark is a little unexpected, using a parking conveyor lift but staff are on hand to guide you through the process "

"A nice stopover on way from Niseko to Sapporo. Lovely large rooms. Did not love everything from the kaiseki dinner but the beef sukiyaki was good. Booked the private cypress bath so that we could bathe as a family but i would skip this next time and head straight for the public bath on the high level - large with a view of the forest."

"The owner lady and her are delightful. The room is facing the sea which is creating dramatic atmosphere. Just the stairs are a bit hard to carry luggage’s, but the owner’s son gave us big help to carry the cases for us. Overall fantastic experience to stay in Shari."
