The outside of the property, particularly on the back side facing my room, is trashy and well littered. Also, the price seemed a bit high for the totality of the facility.

I absolutely enjoyed my stay. Me and my family agreed that we will come back here when we visit Illinois. Overall I give this place a 10 out of 10. The staff was so great. Everything we needed was there for us. I must say this is a first time I have nothing bad to say at all about my visit at any hotel. That’s what made my visit so unique.

The bed was very comfortable and the pillows was soft. I love the fact that the pillows were labeled soft and firm. Very clean room.

This is a very nice hotel, however for the price, it wasn't worth it. The breakfast wasn't complimentary, you had to pay extra for it. The furnishings - while clean, weren't particularly comfortable. I have paid half that much in Forsyth for a hotel and had a much better stay at other properties.
After a long drive, I appreciated the restaurant was attached to the hotel and I didn’t need to drive anywhere. The placement of the elevator was alittle weird, almost to the back of the hotel. All the staff I interacted with were pleasant and friendly. The 2queen bed room my husband picked out was perfect for a night’s rest. The online pictures matched with the room. For a last minute selection, i would stay again.

Thank you for your recent stay with us and our property. Your comments and feedback are very much appreciated. We realize that the placement of the 2nd elevator is a little off due to the main elevator being out of service. We currently have both elevators working now!
We were put on the top floor of the hotel and both the room and service elevator were broke down! The only thing done in the room was the beds were probably changed out. Otherwise the floor was filthy. There was some sort of red sauce on the carpet in front of the microwave. We were constantly sidestepping it for two days. The bathroom was not very clean, no shampoo or Kleenex. The next day around 9:00a i politely asked the front desk for new towels to have them replaced along with Kleenex. When we returned that evening around 8:00p nothing had been done.

Hoping for better stay next time
I have stayed at this location on many occasions and has always been a great experience. This time, the cleanliness was not so great. They must have sprayed our rooms and then not cleaned afterward. There were dead flies on the ground and the windowsill of our room. I’m hoping this was just an oversight and it won’t be like this next time.

Walking in the hotel looked exceptional. The room was clean, comfortable and spacious for what we needed. We are College traveling football parents. We have had many stays in hotels over the last few months. This by far was the best!!! I also loved the later checkout. We didn’t have to rush out and have nothing to do.

From check-in to check out, my stay was wonderful. Front desk personnel checking me in was friendly and very efficient. Room was clean and very comfortable. Property looked brand new, even though it was built 5 years ago. Very well maintained. Check-out was quick and pleasant. This property is definitely worth the money.
This is a well run Holiday Inn--clean, updated and pleasant from the moment you step in to the moment you leave. Every staff member was very helpful and friendly. There's free parking in front of the hotel. It's very quiet and restful. There are restaurants and a shopping mall within 5 minutes. There's also a restaurant onsite where you can get a hot and hearty breakfast for a very low price. We would definitely stay there again.
The Rooms were all clean, cute and the beds were so comfortable. The shower was nice and felt good but it’s time to do the shower floors over. In my family’s rooms it was the same either the shower or tub needed to be deep cleaned and recaulk. The Staff were all friendly and had Great customer service. I would definitely stay here again.
