"Great location for the conference we were attending at the Darwin Convention centre and also close to the City.
Lovely view - a very comfortable large apartment that allowed the three of us to have our own space.
The food provided was perfect
Excellent in all aspects"
"Amazing apartment - everything included you could possibly need for a long or short term stay! Heather was very responsive to any queries and was very accommodating - Thanks Heather. The kids loved it also!
We will hopefully get the opportunity to stay again one day!"
"The view was great very big apartment.
Bt the phone number they gave us for any problems was not connected
The desk person said it hasn't been connected for 5 years
the key didn't work in elevator my daughter was locked out at 230am and they said they couldn't do anything about it
the internet didn't work they couldn't help again"
"The check in process was terrible. Took forever, had to park my car in a bus parking area, then had to conduct a u turn in amongst traffic and go around the block to find the hotel parking.
Staff forgot to give me code for parki g and my room number.
Our room however was great as is the location of the hotel"
"The Staff at front desk were very helpful and nice. They went out of their way to assist when we left an important item behind to post to us safely. We really appreciated the effort they went to for us. "
