“Enjoyed it...very pet friendly”
I just spent 3 nights at the Comfort Inn Danville. I almost always travel with my dog, and she was along on this trip. This motel is very pet friendly. The staff were wonderful about the dog and were quite helpful throughout. Because I appreciate so much the possibility of having my dog along, I actually pick pet friendly hotels and motels even when I travel alone. There were lots of dogs staying there, so I and my dog had a great time. There is plenty of space behind the hotel for the dogs to do their business. I would recommend picking a room on the back, as the view of the prairie behind the motel was really nice (likely best this time of year as there were many prairie flowers). This is a very convenient location for anything you might be doing in the Danville area. If you are looking for a place to walk with your dog, I would strongly recommend Kickapoo State Park, about 10 miles west, with many miles of hiking trails. I strongly recommend this place, especially as a pet lover.
