“Value for money”

Our greeting on arrival was friendly and efficient. Unfortunately the bedding was not clean and we had to complain. The reception clerk apologised profusely and we were immediately given another room which was clean and comfortable. Everything else in the hotel was clean and well maintained and the "all you can eat" breakfast was good. Despite the initial glitch we enjoyed our stay and found all the staff that we met very friendly and helpful.

“Fairly basic, good value”

Good location close to Coventry city centre. The staff were friendly and helpful. My room was pretty basic but had everything I needed (except a hairdryer). The buffet breakfast was very good with lots of choice. My only real complaint was that the internet access was somewhat expensive (it did also include movies but I didn't really want those and the choice was rather limited). Overall good value though.

“Great hotel.”

Excellent hotel for a one or two night stay. Very nicely decorated with a lovely lounge bar/breakfast room. Rooms quite small and beds a bit hard.
