This room was at ground level but with very little daylight or any outside view, a musty smell and not well swept. We made a complaint and the very helpful receptionist found a 'regular' double room for us straightaway in the main building. This room was fine and as we had expected to be given in the first place. "We had a car. Not sure how convenient would be if only public transport to get into Nantes which is 9.2 k away. Lovely conference hotel. Staff fab and room lovely. Only niggle would be only access room from 4.00 pm but you can use the pool so only little niggle. Breakfast would be nice if set up rather than large round table where you have to get your own cutlery and food on a tray but again just a small niggle"
