"My husband and I were on a road trip to watch the women's tennis tournament in Charleston. We wanted a place to stay that represented the charm and history of South Carolina. We found it, and more! The cottage was well-appointed and the attention to every detail was very appreciated. Having a washer/dryer was so helpful for our trip. The hosts were above and beyond friendly and helpful. The location, cleanliness and all updated amenities make us want to come back next year, which we hope to do!!...

"I couldn’t have asked for a better humble cottage in rural SC. I would say a pool would have came in handy vs. the hot tub lol. I finally saw the goats when I took the trash off so that would have been a good walk and animal petting adventure for next time. The VRBO cat. “Mr. Paws” as I call him, was the best part of it because I missed my cat whom had to stay at home."

"This property was GORGEOUS! If you’re looking for a quiet, southern stay, this is the place. The rooms were clean and it felt like staying in a cabin. All staff on site are incredibly generous and helpful. The views are what make the stay though. And you also get free admission into the garden next door!
