“Fantastic hotell for family!”
This hotell is a good choise for family. They have a big swimmingpool inside the hotel.
“Comfortable stay”
We spend our honey moon in Copenhagen. For this we choose this modern and central hotel. We enjoyed the Sports facilities and the nice dinning area. Unfortunately we had not the greatest view since our room faced the railway station and a street. Sleeping-in was kind of a problem because of the train noises and the cars.
“In the middle of town”
Hotel is situated 2 mins from main train station, 5 mins from Tivoli (this is all by walking). A close walk to the main shopping area, and vesterbros where the clubs and bars are! Excellently located! The staff on duty were very helpful, helping us with restaurant bookings and direction queries. Even the room maid was friendly and smiling (considering she had to clear up our wet bathroom floor!). Breakfast was simple but filling! The room is very minamalistic, but very clean and has everything you need in a hotel room! Hotel facilities include free access to pool and free 1 visit to spa. The hotel was very comfortable and was located very good for us to walk everywhere! Help us get the most out of our stay 2 day stay!
“We lucked out and had a great stay”
We were extremely surprised at the hotel, the service, the clean rooms, the excellent breakfast and vey near the centre of town. Also the association with a local fitness centre, swimming, bowling, gymnasium were a big bonus.
“Quintessential Modern Scandinavian Hotel w/ Cool Extras”
What a pleasant surprise in an unassuming building just a block from the Central Train Station. A great hotel for business AND leisure travelers, singles or families. I lived in Denmark in 1993, and travel back every two years, yet only learned of this place on my last trip. This three-story hotel is nestled at the back of a large recreation and conference center, complete with restaurant, day spa, huge indoor pools. Quiet rooms are spacious and sparsely furnished with modern Scandinavian furniture including bed, sidetables with lamps, desk, sitting chair, tv, big closet, hardwood floors. Bathroom was big and clean. Includes breakfast in the nice restaurant: a generous buffet with cheeses, meats, breads, pastries, cereals, yogurts, fruits, juices, tea, coffee. Best surprise: A pass to the pools and day spa is included in each day of your stay! I'll definitely stay here when I go back.
“Wonderful, Wonderful Copenhagen”
Well what can you say. A small hotel which is very well run. Clean and very spacious rooms. Simple and basic but everything contained in the room that you require. Staff are very helpful and nothing seems to much hassle for them. Lovely breakfast every morning, in the resteraunt with lots of choice. Although swimming and health spa facillities are shared by the locals nothing seems too crowded. Ingerslavesgade (the street which the hotel backs on to) is home to the majority of long-haul buses (i.e to Oslo, Malmo, Stockholm etc..) which is very convenient if you wish to leave Copenhagen for a day ot two. On the whole a very good hotel in terms of location and quality.
“A hotel to be recommended”
This hotel provided a very relaxed and relaxing atmosphere with free swimming in a number of excellent pools. Healthy breakfast was provided in a separate restaurant on the same complex with plenty of fresh cold meats, cheeses, fruits and pastries. Very central location - close to the central station, Tivoli and shopping areas. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Staff were friendly, approachable and helpful.
“Central location for decent price”
Very central location behind the main central train station, walking distance to main attractions like Tivoli & Stroget, easy acces to all parts of Copenhagen. Great leasure centre, make sure to take your swim suit with you!
“Karen”
Hotel is in a great location, very central, easy walking distance to most of the best sights in Copenhagen. Room was basic, but very clean, breakfast buffet is very nice. Staff were helpful. We didn't have a chance to check out the pool area, but took a quick look and wished we had the time to enjoy it. Would stay here again
“Many redeeming qualities”
Based on previous reviews I was expecting the worst but was pleasantly surprised. The hotel could use some maintenance and sprucing up but was nevertheless very comfortable. The room was large and clean with Ikea-like furnishings. I prefer the hardwood floors and simple lines to other furnishings. The desk was very usable with electrical outlets where I needed them and excellent high-speed wireless. The bathroom functioned well. The location was superb: about a block from the train station's back exit (with elevator) and entry to the S-train and about 2 blocks from Tivoli and the major bus routes. The spa facilities including fabulous swimming pool were outstanding. The front desk was extremely helpful and the breakfast was typical. All in all I would stay there again.
