“Highly Recommended”
The hotel is in an excellent position very close to Tivoli Park and a great base to explore Copenhagen from. The rooms were huge and very comfortable, very clean and well furnished. The hotel staff were very helpful and friendly. Breakfast wasn't included but was worth paying extra for. Overall we were very, very happy with the Norlandia Mercur and would definitely recommend it.
“Quiet, clean & convenient”
Can't fault the location of this hotel. Very handy for trains to and from the airport. Close to the Tivoli, City Hall Square, shops and other attractions. Modern, clean and comfortable hotel. We asked for a quiet room and were given one on the 5th floor at the back of the hotel. There was no traffic or train noise in the room. You could have been in the countryside. It might be a different story in the rooms that face the front however.
“Copenhagen Central”
Hotel was extremely conveniently located 3 blocks from the Central Station. Room was clean and tidy with tea and coffee making facilities, the beds were very comfortable. The breakfast hours were of little use to us as they started too late each day, which we only found out after checking in, no refund offered/ alternative/ packed breakfast. Staff not overly helpful or knowledgeable about the surrounding area or public transport, but amiable. We were not asked if we enjoyed our stay, but as it was 6am when we checked out, the person on duty was asleep in the back, so I guess he was still a bit dozy.

The rooms were pretty clean and the staff were helpful and courteous. Everyone easily converted to English once they new we didn't speak Danish.

Positives-Good central location, great view, recently renovated, good bed, staff helpful, 24 hour desk service, universal plug in bathroom, inet available in room Negatives-Nice but somewhat expensive, not air conditioned and very noisy street, breakfast buffet extra, outer elevator door opens manually and takes a good push or pull to open
“Comparatively good value for money”
Comparing to the prices of other hotels in Copenhagen, this would be considered good value for money. The location is very convenient, we got a big room and it was clean.

very clean, good location but windows did not open so room got very hot at night.
“Great for what we needed”
The location of the Mercur is perfect for visiting Tivoli, The shopping Street "Stroget" and for getting on trains and busses. The rooms are small, but very clean and have comfortable beds, and the staff was great. We will be back again.

Centrally placed professional hotel near the trains,Tivoli Gardens, and central Copenhagen with adequate facilities and service. No detractions.
