Would have given 5 stars but if you’re going to have an off-white carpet throughout the condo, it needs to be cleaned and maintained regularly. It hadn’t been vacuumed when we arrived (found clumps of dirt all over) and light stains everywhere. The bedroom had several (cigarette?) burns in the carpet. While we got the full clean on Wednesday, we never received the daily tidy service despite bring it to the staff and management’s attention. Valet staff was fantastic. "
