"My husband and I, along with our two daughters, stayed here over Easter weekend. The cabin was clean, quiet and had everything we needed. We enjoyed exploring the resort areas by the river. We saw a bald eagle in one outing! With the stocked kitchen enabled us to eat mostly at home. We enjoyed a delicious lunch a short drive away at Heart & Soul Kitchen in Kansas, OK. Greg was very responsive and helpful. We would love to stay here again!"

"We all had a great time and the cabin is beautiful. The directions given were perfect. We hope to stay again. We launched our boat at a nearby marina and was able to park our trailer at the cabin. The road is tight, as we expected, but anyone with experience pulling a boat trailer shouldn't have any trouble. We were extremely happy with everthing during our stay!!"

"The interior of the cabin was very clean and new. The pull out couch wasn't exactly comfortable but the other beds were fine. I think you could be more transparent about the bath house situation which is not listed clearly or pictured on your VRBO listing. That was a surprise. It also listed check out at noon, So I was surprised to receive a message at 11:30 that check out was at 11:00. When I apologized and said it was at noon on VRBO documents, I was told no it's at 11, which we would have...

"This property is absolutely perfect! It's exactly what you see in the pictures! Clean and beautiful! Great view of Grand Lake! They have added so many amazing touches - auto-open/close toilet seat even! The beds are so very comfortable. The location is just off of the highway but with no noise and just close enough to mini golf, restaurants, and the town. We can't wait to go back!"
