“Great stay”

The room was recently renovated, still had the new smell. The mattress was SOOO comfortable, we wanted to take it home! Needless to say, we slept great. The internet was pretty good and great for the price (free!). The bathroom's on the small side. Although we didn't use it, there's a little kitchen's included in the room w/fridge, cooktop, kitchen sink, etc. The free breakfast was pretty good too (waffles)!

“Great Place”

This hotel was a really nice place to stay. The bathtub was small, but for those that don't have one it was big enough. The kitchen worked great. No oven, just two burners and a dishwasher. The hot tub and pool were perfect. The breakfasts were really good. There was a large variety and they changed out the menus everyday. It was buffet style and self-serve. The gym was small, but there was a free pass available for a larger gym about two miles away. The only negative thing was the parking. If you wanted to park next to your room, you may end up getting squeezed out by other guests, but the compound was small enough to where you could walk to your room in a few seconds, no matter where you parked.

Excellent service and cleanliness. The breakfast service is exceptional. The location is unbeatable. I highly recommend Residence Inn to anyone visiting the Cleveland area.

“Lots of Room. Luxury linens.”

In these suites, the two bedrooms are separated by a living room with a fireplace. Sound proof. Each bedroom has its own bath. Great when you're all getting dressed for a wedding. Large kitchen area. Very accommodating staff. Linda is terrific. Breakfast buffet is tasty, lots of choices made on site...even a waffle iron! Pool outdoor and rather small but exercise area is large. We travel a lot and I'd like to find more Residence Inns of this caliber.

Hotel is great. Rooms clean and up-to-date. Only complaint was not enough room in the breakfast area on busy days. Would return if in area.

This hotel was better than I expected. It was larger than I thought it would be. Everything about it was very nice and comfortable.

I booked this hotel for myself, my husband and another couple based on the reviews I read on-line. The hotel was everything they said and more. The couple we were traveling with has traveled the world and has very high standards for hotels. They too were extremely impressed. The amenities were excellent, the complimentary hot breakfast was delicious and offered a great variety of foods. Our rooms were very big and immaculately clean. It was an easy 10 minute drive into downtown Cleveland. Best of all, the price was right!

“Great place to stay”

The hotel is centrally located to Cleveland and Akron/Canton area. Close to 480 and 77. Rooms were clean and a good value. The breakfast was fresh and hot. Staff was pleasant and attentive. We would definitely stay there again.
