"There are so many things to like about the Ambassador Hotel, starting with its incredible Gold Coast location, it’s amazing history as a landmark hotel in Chicago, it’s traditional, elegant interiors nicely updated. Last but not least a big shout out to the front desk as well as restaurant/cocktail lounge staff for the incredible service that they provided to me and one of my best friend’s from college. She was coming from Australia so we planned a mini-reunion and the staff (especially William (or “Billy”) at the front desk) who went out of their way to make this a special several days for us!
I will definitely be returning to the Ambassador the next time I get the pleasure of a visit to Chicago."
