“Wonderful, relaxing stay”

Attending a teacher's conference near Chicago by myself was a little intimidating for me before I went. Once I pulled in the convention center and attended the first event, I met people I enjoyed being with and immmediately felt at home. The hotel room was LOVELY and pristeen. It ended up being just exactly what I needed to energize my teaching, a break from the classroom rigors, a stimulating and exciting conference, and time to unwind and relax. A mini vacation for a public school teacher........really appreciated! Congratulations on hosting a wonderful conference!

“This is one of the best hotel experiences we've ever had..Will definitely stay there again!”

This hotel was very nice! The room was very clean, Quiet, and had a really comfortable bed. Everyone that worked there were very friendly and helpful. We have relatives in the area, so we will probably stay there next time we visit.

“Great”

Great place to stay. Only a 4 on comfort because the bed wasn't very supportive.

“Closest location to First Midwest Venue”

Saw Brad Paisley at First Midwest Ampitheatre and the location was the best we could find. The hotel itself I would highly recommend. Walking to the venue was a bit of a challege, approximatey one and a half miles with no sidewalks. However, not having to deal with parking and trying to get out of the lot was well was worth the inconvenience. FYI...The VIP Club pass was worth the extra $ not only for the bar access, but for the washroom access. mac

“Wonderful, quiet two day stay with two children”

Thye were very helpful for any and all requests that we had while we stayed there with our two children. From faxing documents to a friendly hello every time they saw us, this was a pleasant stay.

“Mixed reviews”

The staff at the front desk were pleasant and very welcoming. Once in the room we found a few things we weren't thrilled about. The curtains had stains on them and there were stains on the comforter as well. Shower took quite awhile to get hot which was surprising. The only way to the lobby is by the elevator which wasn't convenient at all. There was a band playing in the parking lot at the convention center next door the first night we stayed which lead to a late night of falling asleep because of noise. It wasn't a terrible stay but for the money we expected more. Since we were in town to go to a concert at the First Midwest Bank Amphitheatre we would stay at the hotel again because of how convenient it was to get to the concert and back.
