“All Fabulous”
We stayed at this hotel during the popular lantern festival. We couldn't have had a better location. It was in the chaos of the central area of town, right on the river. The hotel even gifted us the floating offerings to put into the river right in front of the hotel. The spa is beautiful and after the massage, you are taken to a relaxation room where you are given mango and sticky rice. Absolutely delicious. Craved it and begged for another serving before we checked out. At every turn, someone from the hotel is waiting to help you in any way possible. The festival itself is loud and you should expect regular fireworks, but nothing to do with the hotel. Loved it... will go back and highly recommend it for every reason.
“The staff were great.”
I loved the options of the spa and the discount of the spa associated with the hotel. The staff were unbelievably helpful at all times.
“Fabulous location”
Fabulous spot, close to really great restaurants and bars at Riverside. The Deck restaurant opposite and the hotel's restaurant offered fabulous breakfasts right on the riverbank. The whole experience was very peaceful and calming. Staff were very helpful, friendly and smiling. If there was any criticism it was that there is only a small window of opportunity to sit in the sun by the pool. Often in shade.
“Very nice new hotel”
The staff are friendly, attentive and professional. Great location (10 minute walk to night market) and across the road from relaxed restaurant and bar at the Riverside. All up a great choice for a weekend getaway if you want to be close what action there is in Chiang Mai
