“Overall excellent”

For the price paid this hotel is superb value for money and would rate more highly than most other 5 star hotels I have stayed at. I would definately recommend spending that little extra on a pool access room, however the water is a little cold at this time of year but can quickly cure the excesses of previous night. The only two minor issues (and I really mean minor) were the location and the service at breakfast. We did always have to ask for coffee & tea rather than be offered and they want everybody out of the breakfast area at 10.30am on the dot, however it should be noted that choice and quality of food was excellent. Location is around 150-200 baht in a taxi or tuk-tuk from the night market area where all the resteraunts and bars are located.
