“Amazing Hotel!!!”
Absolutely loved the hotel! Great location, right on the pistes... just grab your skis from the locker and out you go. We stayed in a room with view of the slopes. It was very pretty and comfortable, with a nice balcony... really could not have asked for anything better. The bathroom was great... VERY clean with a delicious bathtub. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. You have everything you need steps from the hotel: equipment rental, ski/snowboard school, pharmacy, supermarket, stores, restaurants , bars... you name it. Lots of families... really good ambiance all around. The food is good, too. I was wonderfully surprised with my stay at Alpen Ruitor. Will definately stay here again.
“Food lets the hotel down”
The location of hotel is excellent, near the pistes etc, the service is good, rooms comfortable and nicely decorated. However, the food really lets this place down - breakfast was fine, but dinner was really poor - even when you're hungry after a days' skiing.
