"The hotel facilities are beautiful, modern and very clean. We had a room facing the river on the first floor, the view was incredible! However, if you are looking for a quiet place, you can hear other guest walking around on the second floor, opening and closing doors, and chatting as if they were in the same room with you! Other than that staff was nice and friendly and continental breakfast was good. "

"My stay at Travel Lodge was very nice. I really enjoyed the pool and hot tub. I didn’t like that the hotel was behind a store where you could barely notice it. I also didn’t like that the people that ran the hotel ran the store as well. They were never at the hotel desk, you had to go to the store to talk to them. "

"This is a renovated motel that is clean & in a great location — within walking distance of downtown shopping & dining. Our room with a king bed was clean & updated, but it was compact. The bathroom was definitely small — not a lot of room for toiletries & the toilet was super close to the door & at an awkward angle. Other than that this is a great place to stay if you want convenient downtown access, somewhere safe, & a super clean environment."

"The hot tub worked on Friday night. Did NOT work sat. night. The clerk said she didn't know anything about it. Was never looked at while we were in there. Breakfast was good. "This is a very nice play to stay for sure! The attention to detail was evident, communication was great, the room was very clean and the ambiance is fantastic!! It was a trip back in time. The taylor made breakfast brought to the room was amazing. I had the chance to meet Kelly, one of the owners, and she was an amazing host and very very pleasant. It is obvious that they care deeply for the experience their customers have while staying here, and do whatever they can to enhance that experience....

"100% recommend staying here! The views were incredible! The photos in the listing don’t do it justice! Being able to watch the sunrise and see the full moon over the lake from the balcony was stunning! The large windows and slider doors allow you to view the lake when you’re cooking and eating as well! We also brought our dogs which is something that usually makes it difficult to travel! But they were welcomed and had a blast being with us! Dog gates and sheets to cover the couch were provided...
