“I really enjoy my stay there with my fiabcee'”
I am greatly pleased with the sevice there and I have to return to the phili I will defenitely would like to stay there again and again my suggestion to al is to include the breakfast it is very good

Had a great time staying at the Marriott/Cebu City...Phillipine staff was excellent and genuinely caring...Hotel extremely well maintained...Rooms very comfortable...the breakfast and dinner buffett was excellent...Hotel 5 minute walk from Ayala indoor Mall...Home away from home...
“This Hotel Made The Difference”
After a three hour delay at the airport and a short stay in Cebu, this hotel complimented the trip.
“We loved it”
The hotel is in a nice part of Cebu (we dont know Cebu well but it had to be in a nice part). Close to shopping and nice restaurants. Staff is helpful and friendly. Breakfast is not as nice as some hotels, but what the heck, cant expect Shangrila equivalence for the price of a Marriot.

Impressive hotel, the looks, Customer Servce, Maintenance, Room Service, Security, Guarded Pool, Buffet is excellent - great food, fresh juices made in front of customers, Car rental services in Hotel Lobby, next door shopping mall...what else could you ask for? Higly recommended, will surely reserve same. Only flaw - does not service customers pick-up ride from airport to hotel or vice versa w/c is very unusual for a 5 star hotel like Marriott to not having one.

When we arrive we were greeted by such friendly staff.Service was superb. Such Filipino hospitality was reflected through their sincere and friendly service.Special mention to Ryan (Bell Service Capt) and Renlo for their dedication and genuine hospitality.The rest of the staff were superb and their service was above par.
“Very nice hotel..”
Very nice hotel get service and bed very confortable. Don't waste time watching TV one english channel..CNN..lol. But they nickel and dime you to death charge for the bar in room charge for in room inernet and charge for ALL phone calls. The people that clean room are unbelieveably great and do a great job.. Give them a tip the first day and you will have a very clean room and alot of extras to go with it. didn't eat at the hotel to high but the mall is right there and they have a bunch of good places to eat at very good prices. But over all will use again..
“A very good choice for 4 star”
Since my last stay here a few years ago this hotel has had a significant upgrade and renovation. It is now an easy 4 star candidate in a great location next to a very large, modern, air-conditioned shopping mall. The room was clean, well appointed and very comfortable. The air-conditioning could have been colder but it was ok. Food and beverages were good quality but the prices are high inside the hotel, fortunately there are lots of restaurants in the adjoining mall. The staff were uniformly pleasant, polite and friendly but do not expect speedy service. This appears to be a cultural artifact rather than any lack of training. The exact same lack of urgency applied to just about every contact I had with service people at every other business, but it's hard to get annoyed because they may be slow but they are so nice about it - and I'm a grouchy old guy! I also had a couple of nights at the nearby Waterfront hotel and casino. No comparison - the Marriott has much nicer rooms, is much cleaner and is in a much better location.
