“Will use again”

i have stayed here 3 times now. It is a smaller hotel on the beach with a pleasant outdoors areas. They provide free WiFi in the lobby where you can use the restaurant seating The staff are friendly and helpful at all times The hotel is only 15-20 minutes from Cebu international airport

“Very nice hotel on the water”

This hotel is beautiful. The beach was to be expected as i already knew all of the beaches in Mactan were manmade. Do not expect to walk along whitesand. All the properties in this area are separated, so all you get is the 100 feet owned by the hotel. That said, this place is very nice and i would suggest anyone give it a try if interested in staying in this area.

“Consider Another Hotel on Mactan Island”

My overall rating for this hotel is 2.0 out of 5.0 stars. The hotel is clean, and the staff is friendly and helpful in most circumstances. My first issue was with unauthorized credit charges on my credit card. I authorized a purchase for approximately $300.00 and was extremely irritated to see my card was charged four additional times for the same purchase. I was forced to cancel my credit card to avoid future unauthorized charges. Several days after waiting for any response from the hotel staff and canceling my credit card, the hotel finally answered me and promised to fix the issue. Did they do anything? No. If this wasn't enough the hotel itself is constructed to act as an echo chamber. The entire structure consists of tile floors and every sound echoes throughout the hotel, making sleep a real challenge. There are better alternatives for hotel choices in the local area.

“Much room for improvement”

First, let me say that the people there were wonderful. I would go back, just to see the people, but there is much room for improvement. They advertised 24 hour room service, but you couldn't get a cup of coffee at 4am and there was no coffee maker in the room. I have never stayed in a hotel room with no clock. They supplied two towels only, no wash clothes and no hand towels. There was no tub in the room, only a shower. When you leave the room and remove the door card from the slot, the power goes out in the room including the air conditioning. There is no satellite tv and the cable tv went out at least once during the trip. Also, the cable tv is not USA freindly. By that I mean there is no USA news or current sporting events. The breakfast buffet was okay but could be improved. The other menu meals were very limited and expensive.

“One of Mactan's finest”

The hotel staff are very friendly and accommodating. They give prompt service. However the toiletry kit comes with a fee (unlike other hotels).The view is very nice. The beach is mostly for the water activities (No area to swim). Excellent food.

“Would go again”

We found that this hotel was an incredible bargain. You get more than what you pay for. The facilities were clean and well maintained and the staff were professional and helpful. The breakfast buffet was great and more than worth it. This is not a luxury hotel, but if you need a place to crash while you go diving or sightseeing, this place is perfect.

“The beach”

If you want a beach Be has it but once it gets dark there is not much you can do with kids but around the small town. There were so many Koreans everywhere in the resort. The buffet was crowded because the area was small. The pool was great. The staff were respectful and accomodating. The room was clean but the bathrooms and towels were sort of grimy.

“Good value hotel”

The hotel itself is nice, clean & modern. The rooms were nice with a modern & contemporary design. I requested a non-smoking room & was very happy to get one with no trace of cigarette smell - the room smelled more like bleach. My only complaint was the majority of their guests were loud & inconsiderate - mostly young asian students visiting Cebu to learn English - at least that's what I learned. I woke up a many times during the night & early hours because they talked loud in the hallways, banged doors. I suggest the hotel place a "BE CONSIDERATE" postcard in every room (in Korean writing). The breakfast buffet was mediocre. The restaurant placed all plates on the far end of the room so we're confused where to get plates. They should put the clean plates at the start of the buffet table & NOT at the other side of the room near the kitchen entrance. The juice table had no clean glasses for guest to use most of the time. I had to call a waiter to ask for clean glassware.

“Very nice”

The service, food, and rooms were great. The grounds were kept very clean. What I didn't like were the stones on the beach I wish there was more sand.
